VW Retro Have been sourcing , retailing and restoring Air cooled Volkswagens and Porsches since the early 90s. Initially operating from Sheffield, then relocating to Southern England closer to London and the Channel Ports.

Over the years our tastes and activities have matured to a degree – restorations are now few and far between , whilst importation and vehicle sales have increased significantly. We have been around for a long time, and whilst the VW Retro name was never really pushed to the forefront of public attention many people know of Steve Walker, and some of the many vehicles and parts I have supplied, achieving a good reputation in the process.

I felt the time was right to revamp VW Retro and adopt a more proactive position, hopefully giving a better focal point for anyone interested in a reliable and trustworthy source for interesting vehicles, or just curious as to what we do.

You will soon realise the Retro theme isn't limited –like a small curiosity shop the site content reflects the things I like and often changes quickly.

Vintage Volkswagen and Porsche, odd ball American and Classic Cars. Period Furniture, Ice Chests, Coolers and Mexican Blankets, even Parts and Accessories. With excellent contacts throughout the World there is usually something interesting on the horizon as well the more familiar VW derivatives which remain my passion.
